A salted caramel-flavoured blend of cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate, ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate and whey protein hydrolysate, with added free L-leucine, lactase and vitamins. Each serving prepared with water provides 23 g of protein. The 900 g pouch contains 30 servings.

How to use
Mix 30 g powder (2 measuring spoons) with 300 ml water or alternatively skimmed milk, using a shaker or blender. Have one serving daily after training, or alternatively in the morning after waking or before training.
