How to use

Can the powder form clumps?
PEAK explains that moisture absorption can cause clumping or hardening without affecting solubility, effectiveness or shelf life. Hardened powder can be crushed using a mortar or another suitable method.
Storage and warnings
High caffeine content: 300 mg per serving. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone under 18 years of age.
Do not consume more than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Do not consume other green tea products on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
Store closed, dry and protected from light at normal room temperature. Use within 3 months of opening.
